We are looking for an experienced business/system analyst to join our professional team working onsite in Baltimoe, MD. The successful candidate will provide the following support:
- Analysis of the business objectives of the stakeholder and develops solutions to their business issues.
- Ability to gather, clarify and define requirements
- Analyze and defines processes of business both “To Be” and “As Is.”
- Analyze the entire business, including data, goals, process, and organization.
- Translates business requirements to System/Functional requirements that are passed to Application Developers.
- Understanding both technical designs and specifications
- Understanding and experience support Agile development, creating user stories
- Analyzing and documenting the required data and information
- Evaluating information gathered through standard operating procedure, workshops, task analysis, and business process description
- Having strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer
- Being an interface between technology teams, support teams, and business /end user/stakeholder
- Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

| Experience: |
At least Five (5) years of Business Analyst or Process Improvement experience
- Business requirements analysis;
- Applying process improvement methodologies Process mapping/modeling;
- Business process requirements and system requirements/ solution options);
- Facilitation of focus (stakeholders/end users groups);
- Writing Functional requirements documentation;
- Involvement in change management associated with business process re-engineering;
- A minimum of three (3) years functioning in a formal program / project management environment;
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project
- Time management, prioritization and organization with the ability to prioritize activities and lead multiple tasks at once;
- Communication (written & oral) and facilitation
- Working with all levels within an organization
Knowledge of Agile Development, 2 years
- Developing User Stories
- Participation in SCRUMS
- Guiding User involvement
