Overview: Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions, Inc., a well-known and respected Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is a prime contractor for the Department of Homeland Security-wide Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

(LSI), TAPE, CMI Management, SEIDCON, Pitney Bowes, SERCO, Celtic, Catapult Technologies Catalyst Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (CESI), Council for Logistics Research (CLR), Creative Computing Solutions, Federal Management Solutions (FMS), Indus Technology, Mission Solutions, Inc. Quantech Services, Robbin-Gioia and Tessada.

Functional Category Description: VETS, Inc. was awarded a prime contract for Functional Category 2 – Administrative Services. FC2 – Administrative Services includes: Day-to-day office administrative services, such as financial planning; billing and recordkeeping; personnel; and physical distribution and logistics.

Team Capabilities: VETS’ Team Members/Subcontractors capabilities/areas of expertise: All DHS PACTS Functional Areas/Categories, especially administration.
