Intelligence / Imagery Analysis

VETS has been providing Intelligence Support Services to Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA). Access Control / Security

VETS has proven capabilities in access control and security having performed these functions for the DoD. We have provided administrative support, data analysis and statistical reporting, developed presentations, prepared and maintained budget information and maintained records, logs and spreadsheets. Our staff provided management support for USCIS HQ and site management of production volumes and efficiency status reports; daily, weekly and monthly progress reports; system performance reports; and workload capacity forecasts and staffing needs. We also provided  a project management team that coordinated activities at two Service Centers and the activities of subcontractor team members. The VETS team conducted monthly briefings at the HQ level. Our PMO continually conducted impact analysis on changes at the Service Centers caused by new technology, process changes, workload shifting, lockbox implementation and system  upgrades. In addition, we conducted training to ensure that our employees understand requirements and performance expectations. Our entire staff was cross-trained in the four functional areas of the center (mail, data entry, fee, and file room) to effectively perform daily operations.
